Let’s talk about
what’s actually going on.
Sometimes you don’t need an agency. You need someone who has seen the pattern before.
Bring me the messy brief, the decision everyone keeps circling, or the thing that feels off but nobody can quite name. We’ll get honest about it—and get somewhere useful.

At this point, I can usually hear the pattern pretty quickly. What looks like a content problem might really be positioning. What sounds like a rebrand might be a product problem. The big campaign everyone is excited to fund might not be the next smartest investment. That clarity has value—and I can’t thoughtfully offer it to everyone for free.

I’ve held a lot of seats
at the brand-building table.
I’m Hannah. For more than ten years, I’ve worked across the full, occasionally chaotic reality of building consumer brands.
I started by helping launch brands at and for Sephora, where I learned how real category-defining businesses earn attention. Then I helped build Riley Rose from scratch—brand, retail experience, assortment, community, all of it.
Since then, I’ve been an early or founding member of more beauty, CPG, wellness and lifestyle startups than I can neatly summarize. I’ve shaped positioning and brand direction, built product stories, directed campaigns, written copy, set up marketing infrastructure, hired the people, managed the partners, and figured out what was worth investing in next.
I’ve worked founder-side, brand-side, retailer-side and agency-side. I know what beautiful decks miss, what teams avoid saying out loud, and what tends to happen after the budget gets approved. My gift is listening closely, connecting the dots and helping people see the real decision in front of them.
More history on LinkedIn ↗Focused working time.
Not a sales call.
Seventy-five minutes to think together about one meaningful brand, creative, product or marketing challenge.
Before
A short intake gives me the context, decision and relevant materials before we meet. I’ll come prepared.
Together
- Positioning that is not landing
- A launch, rebrand or market-entry choice
- Where to invest—and what not to fund yet
- A product, audience, hire or partner decision
- The problem beneath the original problem
After
You’ll receive the recording and a concise written recap with the observations, priorities and next moves worth carrying forward.
The thinking is the deliverable. This is not paid discovery for a larger pitch, and there is no pressure to hire me afterward.
If the conversation reveals a project we should tackle together, great. If one focused conversation is all you need, that is a complete and worthwhile engagement too.
